There are three self catering flats as well as the main house.
Two flats in a detached building overlook the pool, beach and Portland Harbour.
Both have a large lounge/dining room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one a double, the other a twin (in the top flat 'SeaView') or a triple, ie. bunk beds and a single (in the bottom flat 'SeaReach').

The third apartment 'Orchard Place' is on two storeys with views of the garden and from a terrace on the first floor - the sea. This has a lounge/dining room with sofa bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, one twin and one triple (one a 2' 6" bed).
