After confirming by telephone or email, the flat and dates required, the reservation will be held for seven days to give sufficient time for your completed booking form and deposit to arrive. If we do not hear from you, then your booking will be void.

Upon receipt of the form and deposit, we will confirm receipt of the monies received and owing. The balance is due eight weeks before your holiday and reminders are not sent out. Deposits are non-refundable.
