The
following conditions and guidelines have been drawn up for everyone's
convenience, safety and security so that your holiday may be enjoyed to
the full.
ARRIVALS
& DEPARTURES
Arrival time is from 4 pm. onwards on the date designated on the Booking
Form. Departure is any time up to 10 am. on the morning of the agreed
termination date. Please ensure you leave your keys on departure.
SECURITY
You are requested to close all windows and lock doors each time you leave
the accommodation.
BREAKAGES
Accidents do happen, so please let us know as soon as possible. You don't
want to waste time looking for a replacement, we can find one more quickly
and it will be available for the next visitors.
SERVICES
There is no charge for gas or electricity. Visitors should provide their
own beach towels and cot bedding.
SMOKING
For safety reasons and because smells cannot be eliminated before new
guests arrive, smoking is not allowed indoors!
PARKING
Whilst we can guarantee one car parking space per flat, further cars,
if they cannot be accommodated in the car park, will have to use the road.
NOISE
We don't wish to be spoilsports but your lively kids (and ours) might
easily disrupt the peace and quiet expected by fellow guests. It's really
a question of consideration for others, so please be aware of this and
keep TVs turned down and do not play radios outdoors.
SWIMMING
POOL
The pool can be used by residents from 9.00 am - 6.00 pm. From 6.00 pm
a cover is usually pulled across to conserve water temperature. Under
no circumstances must any non-swimmer or child under the age of 16 use
the pool without adult supervision. As the pool is 4ft deep at the shallow
end, deepening to 6 ft, responsible behaviour must be exercised at all
times, and no sharp or hard objects should be used in the pool as it has
a vinyl liner. NO DIVING ALLOWED.
PLAY
AREAS
There are many areas in the garden of interest to children, and we would
ask parents or guardians be responsible for supervising such play activities
and leave them as they would like to find them.
PETS
Not normally allowed (we have four cats of our own!) but may be arranged
by prior consent.
